There are several tiers of stressful life events. I'm not going to dedicate this post to the top tier, but instead to a particular stressful life event that falls into the second tier.
The second tier of stressful life events includes things like (1) moving, (2) the first time you babysit for more than one toddler, and (3) hanging picture frames. Usually, these events are accompanied by lots of cursing, frustration, and kicking or punching walls.
This weekend with much apprehension my husband and I hung 10 picture frames in our bedroom! It was not quite as stressful as it could have been, which proves that practice makes perfect. We have now hung things several times. This time around there was minimal cursing, suppressed frustration and no kicking or punching walls. The frustration was mostly in the form of deep deep sighs. And we are happy with the results.

It's gorgeous! I love how all the sizes of the different frames come together
I think you did a great job-looks elegant!
Looks great. And I cannot agree more about stressful life events.
I am moving to California soon and D*MN it is hard work.
Wow these all look awesome! The contrast in the wall color with the frames is fantastic!
Picture framing hanging tip:
Use paper. Arrange pieces of paper in the size & layout of your frames where you think they will be placed on the wall. Once you like the layout replace each piece with yor frames (one at a time so you don't forget the layout). When doing multiples like this is it such a brain saver :)
